Tenax Capital was co-founded in 2004 by Massimo Figna, with the successful launch of the Tenax Financials Fund. In April 2012, the firm initiated its second strategy, the Tenax Credit Opportunities Fund, which was established to invest in and provide credit to non-financial European borrowers. Both funds are supported by robust and comprehensive structures that have been examined and validated by numerous third party investors and Central Banks.
In addition to the firm's two investment strategies, Tenax also has a strong network of relationships within the global insurance industry, periodically bringing together chief investment officers in its CIO Forum to discuss and develop key strategic, sectoral themes in a unique industry alliance.
